Air Conditioning & Heating

  • Air Conditioning: Generally available from April to October, depending on weather conditions. Adjustable using the wall-mounted control panel in your room.

  • Heating: Generally available from October to April, depending on weather conditions. Radiators are located under the windows and can be controlled using the adjustment knob on the side.

If you need assistance with the settings or encounter any problems, please contact reception.

Breakfast

Enjoy our rich breakfast buffet with a selection of warm and cold dishes, served daily from 07:00 (7 AM) to 11:00 (11 AM).

If breakfast is not included in your stay, you are still welcome to join us. The charge will simply be added to your room bill.

Price: €25 per person, per day.

Housekeeping

Your room is cleaned daily until 16:00 (4 PM). Towels placed on the floor will be replaced during housekeeping service.

If you have any special requests, simply let us know and we will gladly accommodate them.

If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is placed on your door, our housekeeping team will not enter your room. If you would still like your room cleaned, please inform reception.

Concierge, Tours & Taxi Services

Our team can assist with booking sightseeing tours, cultural experiences, transportation, and other local activities.

We will be happy to help you plan your time in Prague and discover its historic charm and hidden gems.

We are also pleased to arrange reliable and comfortable taxi transportation for you.

  • To Prague Airport: 950 CZK (40 €)

  • To the Main Train Station: 450 CZK (20 €)

  • Other destinations available upon request

Laundry & Dry Cleaning

Laundry service is available daily for your convenience. A laundry bag and price list are available in the wardrobe.

Items received at the reception before 9:00 (9 AM) will be returned the same day by 20:00 (8 PM).

Dry cleaning service is available on weekdays only. The service is provided by an external professional dry-cleaning company and the minimum turnaround time is 2 working days.

Can I borrow an adapter or umbrella?

Yes. Adapters and umbrellas are available to borrow from reception at any time.

Do you offer postal services?

Yes. Simply bring your letters or postcards to reception and our team will arrange the mailing for you.

Is tap water safe to drink?

Yes. Tap water in Prague is safe to drink. The bottles of water on top of the minibar are complimentary, and additional bottled water is available for purchase at reception.

Can I request extra toiletries or towels?

Yes. Toothbrushes, basic toiletries, extra towels, and additional bedding items are available upon request at reception.

Do you offer currency exchange?

No. Currency exchange is not available at the hotel. Our reception team will be happy to recommend a reliable exchange office nearby. We accept payments in CZK and EUR.
